The flavors start off showing the classic Coyote Canyon bright and fruity characteristics. Tropical fruits mix with softer peach, stone fruit flavors and aromas. The acid is balanced and the finish is crisp and delicious.

2023 was a unique vintage. We started the season late as a cool spring led to delayed bud break and flowering. The early season was several weeks behind and it looked like it might be a challenging vintage. Lucky for us the summer quickly warmed up and provided us with our second warmest season on record. The steady heat allowed us to catch up and start harvest in early September. The white wines had great flavors, ample acidity and perfect ripeness.
