Our 2025 Coyote Canyon White Blend is a vibrant wine, aromas of lemon, lime, melon, and cut grass. The flavor starts off with pear notes but has some interesting complexity, notes of minerality, anise, and lemon. Well balanced wine good for almost any occasion.
The 2025 Eastern Washington wine vintage featured high-quality fruit due to manageable heat throughout the growing season. A mild start and steady heat accumulation, despite August being the 4th warmest on record, led to optimal ripening aided by cool September nights. While yields were slightly down due to drought, berry concentration, especially for Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, was exceptional. Our White grapes were picked in early September and we finished the reds in late October.
Super excited to make this blend. We picked all the components separately and fermented them in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the real fun begins, blending. Each component adds a unique note to the wine. Help us celebrate the 250 years of America.
